Vacant or lived-in, I carefully style your property to stand out in photos, attract more viewings, and help you secure the best possible sale price in the shortest time.

Staging to Rent

I specialise in transforming your property into rental yield. Short or long-term rentals creating stylish, functional spaces that appeal to your target audience.

My Approach

  • The initial process of identifying your exact needs & expectations from start to finish.

  • In person or Virtual assessment of floor plan, conditions, measurements for home furnishings required.

  • Documentation of assessment into a report - incl. moodboard, furnishing selections and pricing.

  • Sourcing, installation, decorating and styling of furniture and accessories (includes cleaning)

  • Completed project is handed over to the owner. Within 10 - 14 days*

  • Our 1 Bedroom package starts from GBP 2,395. For full pricing contact us and we will be happy to help with pricing your project accurately.

  • We currently cover the Greater London, Kent, Surrey and surrounding areas in the South of the United Kingdom. For International and outer regions please contact us for more information.

  • Typically our projects are completed within 10 - 14 days after payment has cleared. Following the Property Assessment, we will be able to provide a more accurate timeline.

  • We stage every room in your home by supplying furniture, decor and textiles to elevate your property. However we do not provide outdoor, topiary, structural building, electric and smart home integration services.
